Welcome to Pennacook House — a beautifully redecorated historic Colonial nestled in the heart of Oak Bluffs, just steps from Circuit Avenue and all the magic of Martha’s Vineyard. With 6 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this gracious home comfortably accommodates large groups and extended families looking for the ultimate Vineyard retreat.
Everything is within easy walking distance: the beach, Oak Bluffs Harbor, boutique shops, restaurants, the iconic gingerbread cottages of the MVCMA, tennis courts, playgrounds, basketball courts, and the scenic bike path.
Inside, the home is bright and welcoming. A sunny eat-in kitchen flows into a formal dining room that seats 10, perfect for gathering the whole family. The main level also features a spacious living room with beautiful bay windows, a cozy library, and a den. Four bedrooms are spread across the second floor, with two additional bedrooms on the third — giving everyone their own space. A washer and dryer in the basement adds everyday convenience.

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful - house was a great size with plenty of room for what our extended family needed! Love how close it is to the beach and circuit ave - we walked everywhere everyday!
