Vrabode is a brand of Vacation Rental MV, LLC, offering direct-booking vacation rentals on Martha’s Vineyard. Our website address is https://vrabode.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: When you use our contact form or owner listing form, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message. The owner form may also include your property’s town and size.
• Booking information: Reservations are processed through our third-party booking provider, OwnerRez. Information you submit to make a booking, including payment details, is collected and handled by OwnerRez under its own privacy policy. We do not store payment card numbers on this site.
• Information collected automatically: Like most websites, we collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you visit, through standard web analytics, to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure.

Cookies and analytics

We use a minimal set of cookies. Analytics services, such as Google, may set cookies to help us measure traffic and improve the site. Embedded content, such as the map and the booking widget, may also set their own cookies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Services we rely on

We share information only as needed with the service providers that help us run the site, including:

• Our booking provider (OwnerRez), which handles reservations and payments.
