- How and when do I get paid?
- Payouts are sent by direct deposit on a set monthly schedule after guest stays complete. Every payout comes with a clear statement of the bookings behind it, so the math is always transparent.
- Who handles cleaning and guests?
- We do. Turnover cleaning, guest communication, check-in details, and day-of questions are all managed by our island team so you are not fielding messages at night.
