Edgartown Garden Gate House

Welcome to The Garden House — a sun-filled three-bedroom home in the heart of Edgartown, Martha’s Vineyard. Set right on the bus route, it’s an easy walk or bike ride to downtown shops, restaurants, and beaches, so you can leave the car parked for the week.

The home sleeps up to 10 guests across three bedrooms. Bedroom 1, on the first floor, has a queen. Bedroom 2, on the second floor, has a queen, a twin trundle, and a twin sofa bed. Bedroom 3 offers two full beds and a twin trundle — flexible space for families or larger groups.

Inside there are two full bathrooms, both with showers, plus a half bath. Outside, a classic Vineyard outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a beach day.

The bright living room is a comfortable spot to relax, watch TV, or settle in for a board game night. The garden spaces are made for al fresco dining and lounging, with a barbecue grill and parking for up to three cars.

There is a long-term tenant who lives on the property in one of the small houses. Your privacy will not be affected; they are quiet and work full time.
