Newly completed in 2019, this new construction home in Edgartown is fully equipped with all the modern amenities and an open floor plan. The property is located at the back of a 2-acre lot in the quiet and picturesque Smith Hollow neighborhood. This guesthouse was built specifically for the vacation rental business and is located far from the main house with its own private yard, landscape screening, and generous parking The house is located just steps from the town bike path, and directly on miles of hiking trails and public preserves.

Enjoy a large gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line LG appliances. The large kitchen island has very comfortable seating is perfect for hanging out with your friends and family while you create a delicious meal. The furnishings are all new and feature carefully selected pieces. The large open first floor also has a dining area for 6, a cozy living room, and a sofa bed for extra guests. The second floor features two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a large King Bed. The second bedroom features a bunkbed. The top bed is a single, and the bottom bed is a full. This allows three people to share the second bedroom. They both share the full bath.

PETS: We charge a $25 fee per night per pet. Otherwise, no pets are allowed at the house per the lease. Properly documented service animals (not support animals) are allowed per Airbnb policy and also per prevailing laws. The fee helps us defray the cost of additional cleaning.

EVENTS: We are happy to have events but you will need to apply for written permission. Depending on the event you may need a fee, security deposit, and event insurance.
